Processing Flow: Standardized Operations from Live Fish to Frozen Products
Raw Material Acceptance & Temporary Rearing:Select clean, pollution-free live tilapia, and inspect their physical appearance,weight, and freshness. The accepted fish are temporarily reared in clean water at 15°C with continuous oxygenation to restore their physical condition.
Pre-treatment & Trimming:Use professional tools to descale the fish, extract whole fillets from both sides, and remove bones, blood spots, and other impurities. Conduct an inspection under lighting of over 1500 lux to check for parasites, ensuring absolute safety.
